What is a healthy lifestyle?
According to the American Cancer Society and WebMD, habits that make a healthy lifestyle are eating a healthy diet (for example eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables), getting regular exercise, staying at a healthy weight by exercising for 30 minutes or more than five times a day,  not smoking and limiting alcohol. 
Having a positive attitude, surrounding yourself with positive energy, and spending time on self-care can help you live a healthy life.
